Pricing Per Person
The dates recommended to travel are June 15th - June 20th, 2022.
There will be group activities prior to the wedding.
The pricing above is based on double occupancy If you would like the cost for a solo traveler or triple or quad occupancy please contact us via email for pricing. In general it is more per person for a single and less for a triple or quad.
Deposit
$200 deposit per room due at booking. Payments may be made anytime between deposit and final payment.
Final payment due April 15th, 2022
Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during these times. It provides coverage for cancellation before your trip & medical insurance while in destination among other benefits. Pricing for insurance is based on the total cost of your trip and your age. Insurance can be purchased anytime before your trip and is non-refundable.

Flights
Booking directly with the airlines offers the best cancellation policies right now. If you need any help booking or tracking prices for your flight please contact me. I'd be happy to help. If you book flights on your own please send me the itinerary so I can coordinate your transfers.
Cancellation
Cancel up to 30 days in advance of travel for full refund or 100% credit on future stay (up to 12 months). For cancellations inside of 21 days, full cost of stay penalty. All policies and procedures are subject to change
For revisions received 46 days or more prior to travel: no fee will be charged.
For revisions received 30 days or less prior to travel: $25.00 fee will be charged per room/per change by the hotel.
