Pricing Per Person
The pricing above is based on double occupancy and includes round trip transfers to and from the resort. If you would like the cost for a solo traveler or triple or quad occupancy please contact us via email for pricing. In general it is more per person for a single and less for a triple or quad.
Child rates are only applicable when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults.

There will be wedding events and group activities scheduled during these dates,
but you are more than welcome to stay different dates if it works better for your schedule.
Deposit
$100 deposit per person due at booking. Deposits are due by Jan 20th. Payments may be made anytime between deposit and final payment.
Final payment due April 1st, 2022
Travel Insurance
Travel protection is highly recommended, especially during these times. It covers cancellation and medical insurance in destination among other benefits. The cost of insurance is non refundable.
Travel Protection Options:
There are two plans of travel insurance depending on the type of refund you would like, should you need to cancel - travel credit or the method which you paid.
• Vacation Protection Plan – Pricing for 4 nights or less is $79/adult 5 nights or more is $109/adult– Cancel for any reason and get a full refund in the form of a travel credit from Vacation Express (less the cost of the travel protection).

• Vacation Protection Plan Plus – Pricing for 4 nights or less is $139/adult 5 nights or more is $169 - this plan is for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and need to cancel.

Cancellation
If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited and subject to penalties and fees as per the suppliers terms. All refunds must be requested within 60 days of the date of cancellation. If you purchased Travel Protection Plus and are eligible for a partial or full refund in original form of payment, the full refund due will automatically become a future travel credit if not requested at 60 days from the date of cancellation. Future travel credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue and must be used for travel commencing prior to expiration date, are nontransferable and nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are issued in the name of the passengers on the original reservation. Standard change and cancellation policies apply to bookings made with future travel credits. Future travel credits will be held on the original booking.
Flights
I will be tracking flights and sending an email out to the group when prices are good. That will give you the opportunity to book directly with the airlines or let me know you would like help booking. Booking directly with the airlines offers the best cancellation policies right now. If you book flights on your own please send us the itinerary so we can coordinate your transfers.
