The suggested travel dates are Nov 10-13, 2022.
The wedding date is November 11, 2022.
You can extend your stay before or after, but we suggest you are present for those dates. There will be wedding events and group activities scheduled.
Deposit
$100 per person is due at booking. Payments may be made anytime between deposit and final payment.
Travel Insurance
Travel protection is highly recommended, especially during these times. It covers cancellation and medical insurance in destination among other benefits. Travel Protection is non-refundable once added.
• Full Travel Credit – Pricing is $49.99-$124.99/person depending on the cost of your reservation.
Cancel for any reason and get a refund in the form of a future travel credit from Travel Impressions (less the cost of the travel protection).
• Cash Refund – Pricing is $139.99-$284.99/person depending on the cost of your reservation.
This plan is for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and need to cancel.

Cancellation
You are within cancellation penalties within 75 days prior to arrival. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid cancellation fees.
Flights
Booking directly with the airlines is the best policy right now. If gives you the most flexibility regarding changes or cancellations. Please let me know if you need help booking and I can send over my recommendations. Once you book your flights please email us the itinerary so we can coordinate your transfers.
